Future Readiness Institute

Developing the capabilities the future demands.

Technology is changing faster than knowledge can keep pace.

The defining challenge is therefore no longer simply understanding what is changing. It is developing people who can think, decide, adapt and lead while it changes.

The Future Readiness Institute is the capability building layer of the Future Readiness Forum, developing the human capabilities leaders, teams and organizations need to remain effective in an age of continuous transformation.

Built around the Meta Skills Framework, the Institute combines executive development, continuous learning, global expertise and applied experiences designed for one purpose.

To build people capable of shaping what comes next.

The shift

Capability beyond knowledge.

For generations, education has been built around transferring knowledge. Professional development added technical expertise, management methods and leadership skills. All remain valuable.

But knowledge now ages faster. Technology changes roles before traditional learning cycles can respond. Strategic decisions increasingly cross disciplines that once operated separately.

The capability that matters is therefore not simply knowing more. It is becoming better able to navigate what you do not yet know.

The Future Readiness Institute develops the capabilities that allow people to remain effective as circumstances, technologies and expectations continue to evolve.

The Meta Skills Framework

Capabilities designed for a world that keeps changing.

The intellectual spine of the Institute is the Future Readiness Forum Meta Skills Framework. Meta Skills are not tied to one technology, profession or moment in time.

01

Think

Interpret complexity, challenge assumptions and see beyond the immediate.

02

Decide

Exercise judgment when information is incomplete and consequences are uncertain.

03

Adapt

Learn, unlearn and respond as technology, markets and expectations evolve.

04

Collaborate

Work effectively across disciplines, perspectives and increasingly intelligent systems.

05

Lead

Create direction, confidence and trust through continuous change.

Every Institute experience develops these capabilities in a different way. The format may change. The capability philosophy does not.

The ecosystem

One Institute. A connected capability ecosystem.

Different people and organizations require different levels of development. A leadership team may need a powerful shift in perspective. An executive cohort may need deeper applied development. An organization may need continuous capability building across hundreds or thousands of people.

The Institute connects these needs through one capability ecosystem rather than a collection of unrelated programs.

Ignite

Perspective can be ignited.

Develop

Leadership can be developed.

Sustain

Capability can be sustained.

Continuous capabilityFuture Readiness Program

Future readiness for anyone, anywhere.

The Future Readiness Program, or FRP, is the Institute’s digital capability platform for continuous, self paced development. It brings together curated learning pathways across artificial intelligence, leadership, transformation, trust, Meta Skills and the forces shaping the future.

For individuals, FRP creates a flexible path for continuous personal development. For organizations, it enables capability to be developed at scale while giving leadership greater visibility into strengths, priorities and progress across their people.

FRP also extends the impact of the Institute’s live experiences, allowing learning to continue before, between and long after face to face engagements.

Continuous development. Personalized pathways. Capability at scale.

Executive capabilityAdvanced Management Program

Where Meta Skills become operating capability.

The Advanced Management Program, or AMP, is the Institute’s flagship executive capability program. Designed for boards, executive teams and senior leaders, AMP develops strategic judgment, future focused thinking and leadership capability through application to the organization’s real challenges.

Participants do not simply study transformation. They work on the decisions, opportunities and uncertainties already shaping their organization.

The program combines the Meta Skills Framework with interdisciplinary expertise, applied learning and carefully curated faculty to develop leadership capability that extends beyond the classroom.

Built for the leaders responsible for what happens next.

Focused experiences

Sometimes capability begins with one powerful shift in perspective.

Not every engagement needs to begin with a program. The Institute also creates focused experiences designed to introduce new thinking, challenge assumptions and create momentum around the issues shaping an organization’s future.

Keynotes

Ideas that change how leaders see the future.

Dr. Tariq Qureishy delivers keynote experiences exploring the forces reshaping business, leadership and society, with a particular focus on the human capabilities required to navigate exponential change.

Every keynote is tailored to the audience and designed to open a larger strategic conversation rather than simply fill a speaking slot.

Masterclasses

Where insight begins to become capability.

Masterclasses create a more immersive environment for leadership teams to examine emerging issues, challenge assumptions and apply future ready thinking to their own strategic context.

Led by Dr. Tariq Qureishy and, where relevant, specialist faculty, each experience combines strategic insight, facilitated dialogue and practical application.

Tailored Capability Engagements

Built around the organization, not around a catalogue.

Some organizations need more than one program. They may need executive alignment, broader workforce capability, specialist faculty, digital learning and focused interventions working together around a common strategic objective.

For these organizations, the Institute creates Tailored Capability Engagements, which can combine elements from across the Institute.

Faculty

Global expertise. Curated with purpose.

The Future Readiness Institute is led by Dr. Tariq Qureishy and supported by a global faculty of futurists, academics, researchers, industry leaders and specialist practitioners.

Faculty is not assigned through a standard roster. The Institute curates expertise according to the organization, audience and strategic questions being addressed.

This allows every experience to remain grounded in the same capability philosophy while bringing in the perspectives most relevant to the people in the room.

One framework. Multiple disciplines. The expertise the learning requires.

Who we work with

Built for people shaping what comes next.

The Institute works across corporations, governments, educational institutions, professional associations and individuals. The context changes. The underlying requirement does not.

Organizations

Leaders capable of making stronger decisions.

Teams

Teams capable of adapting.

Institutions

Institutions capable of learning.

Individuals

People capable of remaining relevant as the world changes.

Future readiness begins with people.

The future will be built by people
prepared to shape it.

The Future Readiness Institute develops the judgment, adaptability and capabilities required to lead through continuous change.

Not for one role. Not for one technology. For what comes next.

Future ready. Future fit. Future proof.
